1. Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to support the successful launch and sales growth of Xiaomi vehicles in Germany
2. Plan, manage, and execute retail events, including store openings, test-drive events, roadshows, product showcases, and customer engagement activities
3. Lead the planning and delivery of B2B events targeting fleet customers, leasing companies, corporate clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
4. Build a strong connection between brand and sales objectives by translating brand strategy into impactful retail activations that drive customer acquisition and vehicle sales
5. Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail Operations, and Dealer/Partner teams to ensure consistent execution across all customer touchpoints
5. Develop initiatives to increase showroom traffic, test drives, lead generation, conversion rates, and overall retail performance
6. Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns for the German market while maintaining brand consistency
7. Manage retail marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution
8. Track, analyze, and report on retail and event marketing performance using relevant KPIs and business metrics
职位要求
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in retail management, sales operations, or customer experience management, ideally within the automotive, EV, or consumer technology sector
3. Strong understanding of modern retail concepts, omnichannel customer journeys, and tech-driven sales environment experience implementing standardized sales processes, retail standards, and customer experience frameworks across multiple locations
4. Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and data-driven customer engagement strategies
5. Ability to translate complex EV, software, and charging-related features into clear and compelling customer experiences in retail
6. Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring retail KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
8. Fluency in English and German required, Mandarin is an advantage
