Talentspoc is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Design Delivery Manager for Saudi Arabia to lead and oversee high-profile retail design projects from inception through to successful delivery. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in managing complex retail design initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and brand standards.

The Senior Retail Design Delivery Manager will act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, driving collaboration across design, procurement, construction, and retail operations teams. You will be responsible for enhancing delivery processes, managing risks, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence within the Saudi Arabian retail market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall delivery of retail design projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, procurement, and retail operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate delivery challenges.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery methodologies and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams to foster professional development and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Regularly report project status and key performance indicators to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in retail design project delivery or construction management, with a significant portion in senior management roles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-million-dollar retail design projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• In-depth knowledge of retail design principles, construction methodologies, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
