Work Schedule:
100% FTE. Typical work week is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. This is a work from home position and does not require any onsite work.

We are seeking a Senior Results Management Consultant to:

  • Support management framework, tracking mechanisms and facilitate the infrastructure of financial performance which includes margin improvement, productivity, benchmarking, position control, and long range planning.
  • Effectively facilitate meetings within Finance and at the organizational level .
  • Seek first to understand and then drive root cause analysis to actionable results leveraging a high degree of technical skills, analytical competencies, leading without authority, and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Management, a clinical discipline, or other related field Required
  • Master's Degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Management, a clinical discipline, or other related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a Healthcare, Finance, Analytics or related position. Required
  • Experience with an Academic Medical Center or Health System. Additionally, strong focus on project management and process improvement. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • CPA, CFA, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management professional (PMP) certification preferred. Preferred
