We are seeking an experienced Senior Resource Plannerto lead resource optimization and strategic workforce planning across our Romania operations. In this pivotal role, you will directly impact project success and operational efficiency by identifying, allocating, and forecasting resources for proposals, bid defense meetings, and awarded clinical trials.
