About the role

A rare opportunity has opened up for a Senior Resource Geologist to join our Geology team. You will lead high-level Mineral Resource estimation work, review and audit estimation outputs, and provide advanced geology services across a range of clients. You will work to industry best practices, manage project schedules, and develop technically superior solutions for our clients and the MEC team. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, contributing to innovative solutions that support the mining industry to move forward with confidence.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the estimation and compilation of Mineral Resource models using robust geological interpretations.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant reports aligned with JORC and relevant industry standards.
• Mentor and support emerging geologists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders across mine planning and production.
• Manage project schedules and workflows to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Build strong client relationships while contributing to proposals, tenders, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and growth.

About You

• 6+ years’ experience in mining/exploration geology, including Resource estimation.
• Strong knowledge of JORC (and ideally NI 43-101) and ASX reporting requirements.
• Experience across multiple commodities.
• Proficient in industry software (e.g. Leapfrog, Vulcan, Surpac, Supervisor).
• A natural collaborator with strong communication and report-writing skills.
