Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Burnley (BB10 area)
Salary: £14.40 per hour
Working Hours: 2 on / 4 off rolling rota
Hourly Rate: £14.40
Number of Sleeps Required: On average, 1–2 per week
Pay Per Sleep: £65 per sleep
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Low-Level EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in a residential children’s home

Who we are looking for…
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead by example and provide stability and consistency to young people. You will support your team and contribute to the smooth daily running of the home, while continuing to deliver outstanding care and support.
You must:
Hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Have at least 1 year’s experience working in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
Hold a full UK driving licence 🚗
Be confident working shifts, including nights and weekends
Be committed to safeguarding and achieving the best outcomes for young people
