Job Title: Senior Residential Practitioner - Children's Home

Where you will be based: Castleford

The Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties

Working Week and Pay:

• Hours: Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off.
• Sleeps: Included in the condensed shift pattern
• Salary: Base £24,336 OR £32,448 + Approx 6 to 8 Sleeps per Month paid at £52 per sleep. Total take-home upto £37,440pa

What you will need/None-Negotiables:

• Qualifications: Enrolled on or completed Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)
• Driving Licence: Required
