Senior Residential Property Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Kendal | High-Performing Regional Firm

Talent Flow Partners is delighted to be supporting a market-leading North West law firm in the appointment of a Senior Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its busy and well-established team in Kendal

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced residential property solicitor who can confidently manage a high-volume caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will play a key part in supporting team objectives, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions

• Handling purchases, sales and re-mortgages from instruction to completion

• Providing regular updates and advice to clients and agents

• Drafting legal documentation

• Working effectively within a Case Management System

• Collaborating with other service lines and referring work internally

• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives

• Contributing to departmental strategy and performance

About You

We are looking for a senior solicitor who:

• Has 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing/property

• Is confident running a full caseload autonomously

• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness

• Has excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Is comfortable working within a structured case management system

• Ideally has experience with SOS case management (desirable, not essential)
