As our Senior Reservations Agent, you’ll coordinate transport and activity ticketing for our West Europe trips, ensuring tickets are purchased accurately, within budget and delivered to our Operations teams, travellers and Tour Leaders on time.

Based in Marrakech, you’ll coordinate ticketing workflows, maintain accurate records, and help improve the Reservations team’s processes. You’ll build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and local operators, while mentoring Reservations Agents and supporting with the Ticketing shared inbox queries when needed.

This is a full-time permanent position, based on-site at our Marrakech office.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

• Experience working in travel reservations and ticketing within the travel & tourism industry.
• Knowledge of regional trip operations across FIT, Tailor Made, MICE or small-group travel.
• Proficient with travel-related systems, Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience working with tourism suppliers and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Confident communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to manage varied priorities and work confidently with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of destinations across West Europe would be an added advantage (like Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Malta or Benelux).
