Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and fosters positive ongoing relationships with key contacts (decision-makers) within the client portfolio.
  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key clients’ products, services, strategy, and competitive market, and participates in business discussions beyond projects to build and grow Ipsos' credibility and business with the client.
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge and application of Ipsos solutions, including competitive marketplace offerings, to identify and propose potential opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Leads end-to-end execution of regional/global projects from design to delivery, presenting compelling insights to clients in a way that evokes confidence and expertise
  • Proactively works with cross-functional department managers to continuously improve processes and ensure their understanding and expectations of current and future client needs.
  • Contributes to and actively manages assigned revenue and profit margin.

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 7 years of strong qualitative market research experience with a good application of knowledge; experience managing qualitative studies in Asia is required, and global experience is a plus.

- Solid experience in qualitative project design, tools, and techniques.

- Strong project management capabilities.

- Experience in selling research projects and capabilities.

- Ideally, experienced in relevant categories or sectors.
