RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clients
•Develops client understanding and seek strong and personal client relationships•Always critically analyses input from client & thinks together with the line manager•Actively seeks ways to make clients’ lives easier for us to add more value to their projects•Keeping up to date on client news, trends & sector activities, and sharing your knowledge across the account team
People
•Works effectively with senior members of the team and suppliers•Collaborates well/supports younger and more junior colleagues in line with the company values, and leadership behaviour•Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal HR processes
Research
•Understanding of the research process, and can draw on that knowledge to work autonomously on routine tasks•Performing independently routine activities in a structured environment•Providing and requesting information that are necessary to routine execution and issue resolution
Finances
•Demonstrates knowledge of job costs and the impact of actions of the team on them•Understands the factors contributing to the achievement of commercial success within the company•Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal Finances processes
Communication
•Chooses the appropriate communication style and method for the message and audience. Communicates clearly and objectively – written and spoken•Communicates good as well as bad news in an effective and timely manner
•Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education•Knowledge of research methodologies & techniques, risk assessment, and financial acumen is necessary•Knowledge of statistics (all bivariate and multivariate analyses from the questionnaire/discussion guide design, briefing DS, interpretation and analysis of results). Insight in sampling and methodologies (knowing what to use when and how) and analyses (first insights and conclusions from data and results)•Ability to work in an international environment•Fluency in English•Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and basic knowledge in SPSS
