The Senior Research Executive will play a pivotal role in the new hub, reporting into a Research Manager based in Gurgaon and with additional training and support from the UK office.

What you'll be doing

• Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard.
• You will write and refine questionnaires, with input from senior team members, ensuring alignment with research objectives.
• You will be responsible for conducting analysis, including reviewing data tables, coding open-end responses and supporting development of table specifications, ensuring outputs are accurate and robust.
• You will contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including drafting report templates in PowerPoint and supporting the development of final reports.
• You will work closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• You will provide regular updates to your manager on project progress and will begin to contribute to internal discussions on findings and implications.
• You will also support on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate.

What you'll need

• 3-4 years of experience in market research (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors)
• Strong project management skills demonstrating the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• High level of proficiency with Excel or SPSS
