Senior Research Associate-R&D

Job Description

Ensure adherence to Piramal core values, PSF, safety, and quality standards while completing assigned trainings, experiments, and project-related activities on time. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, support team members as required, and effectively monitor process variations during peptide purification development.

• Adhere to Piramal core values, PSF, safety guidelines, quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
• Complete all assigned mandatory, technical, and functional trainings within the defined timelines.
• Execute planned experiments related to peptide synthesis and purification as per approved procedures and experimental plans.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all experimental activities, observations, and results.
• Ensure timely online documentation and data entry in accordance with data integrity and documentation requirements.
• Complete assigned projects, experiments, and work-related tasks within agreed timelines.
• Monitor project progress and proactively communicate any challenges, deviations, or delays.
• Support troubleshooting and process optimization activities related to peptide synthesis and purification.
• Collaborate with team members and provide technical or operational support whenever required.
• Share relevant experimental observations, technical knowledge, and learnings with team members.
• Monitor process parameters and variations observed during peptide purification and process development.
• Analyze process variations, identify trends or potential issues, and support appropriate corrective or optimization actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of peptide purification processes with a focus on consistency, efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Ensure all assigned activities are performed in accordance with applicable safety, quality, compliance, and organizational requirements.
