主要工作职责
· 学习并掌握炎症及自身免疫疾病、药理学、分子生物学、细胞生物学及免疫学等相关知识及实验操作
· 协助项目负责人执行并完成炎症及自身免疫疾病动物模型内部研发以及客户委托的项目，并完成实验数据的整理，检查及汇报。
· 撰写炎症及自身免疫疾病体外细胞实验及体内药效动物模型等研究项目的实验方案和实验报告
· 实验室日常管理，包括耗材采购，仪器管理及维护，实验计划安排等
· 保存各种文件、记录、数据等资料
· 完成项目负责人分配的其他科研及管理任务
教育背景及经验
技能要求
· 普通话流利，良好的中英文读写能力，能进行日常英文阅读和书写、熟练查阅及阅读中英文文献
· 熟练使用Office办公软件
· 能够主动学习新的知识及实验技术
· 工作细心，注意细节，责任心强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，抗压能力强，有很强的团队合作意识
