Senior Research Analyst, Property Research & IntelligenceThis position will reside in the Property Research & Intelligence team and will report to the Sr. Director, Global Property Research & Intelligence. The Sr. Analyst may have QA responsibility over a group of regional markets and is responsible for working across service lines to plan, gather, validate, & interpret datasets from multiple sources. This includes coordinating and executing efforts on gathering local resources, external and internal resources, documenting sources, validating and qualifying data, and/or integrating data into C&W databases.
This roles’ primary responsibilities include the collection, aggregation, & validation of data in a consistent and timely manner across multiple markets. Working closely with the local research teams and market experts across the country and across service lines.
Responsibilities:
Quarterly Market Data Aggregation-
Champion, as applicable, the data gathering and validation of Cushman & Wakefield strategic initiatives, both internal and client driven.
May oversee billing and project reports on behalf of the PR&I team’s projects.
May work closely with Sr. Managing Director on managing vendor relationships and budgeting.
Participate, as applicable, in the development of strategies, standards and best practices in the areas of data analysis and data aggregation within Cushman & Wakefield’s big data analytical platforms.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
