Research Leadership: Produce compelling thought leadership through topical reports, quarterly market updates, and strategic analysis thatpositionsJLL as the authority on hotel market trends
Partnership: Support our Hotels & Hospitality Capital Markets and VARA teams by delivering insights that directly inform client investment strategies and business decisions.
Market Presence: Deliverhigh-impact industry presentationmaterials that elevate JLL's profile andshowcaseJLL’sexpertiseto key market participants Produceand contributepress releases to generate media coverage.
Data Excellence: Build andmaintaincomprehensive datasets tracking the Australasian hotels and hospitality market, ensuring our intelligence foundationremainsbest-in-class
Global Collaboration: Work closely with APAC and global research colleagues to provide Australian market context and contribute to regional research initiatives
Client Engagement: Present directly to major investors, developers, and lenders, translating complex market data into actionable investment insights

Soundlikeyou?To apply you need:
3+ years of relevant corporate experience withdemonstratedanalytical capability
Research experience preferred butnotrequired
Undergraduate degree in Property, Economics, Commerce, or analytical disciplines highly valued
