Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Reputation Manager who has a sharp instinct for spotting brand-reputation risks and is eager to lead projects that actively build trust in the brand. While this role sits within communications, it goes much further than that. It's equal parts shaping how the brand shows up in the public eye and partnering with teams across the company to fix the internal gaps that shape how we're perceived.

If you want to:

• Initiate and lead strategic projects that strengthen long-term brand trust;

• Analyze brand sentiment trends and translate insights into proactive reputation strategies;

• Establish the frameworks and workflows that ensure all brand and partner communications meet our reputation standards;

• Review high-stakes content and step in early when messaging risks appear;

• Advise cross-functional teams on reputation-risk management.

• Proven experience in reputation management, PR, or brand strategy for international brands;

• Deep understanding of brand perception across press, creator ecosystems, and online communities;

• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional work;

• Confidence to challenge the status quo and present your position, with openness to finding common ground;

• Strategic mindset that balances brand safety with business growth;

• Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and trends is a plus.
