Senior Reporting Specialist

London-based and 2 days in the office weekly

Fantastic opportunity with a leading public sector organisation, supporting the core infrastructure and systems that enable End User Compute Services and line of business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the generation of reports using data provided externally and internally and develop supporting processes in line with other internal processes
• You will be a key member of the strategy, governance and design capability, supporting and contributing to its continuous improvement.
• Review and quality check automated reports, identify any risks and issues and raise appropriately

Essential:

• Have an open-minded, scientific, sceptical approach to determining causes of failures and poor performance - Making Effective Decisions
• Ability to seamlessly integrate with existing 3rd-party supplier relationships Experience
• A high degree of familiarity and knowledge of MS Excel and the Office suite. This includes Power Bi (at least lower intermediate level) Technical
• A working knowledge of reporting functionality within ServiceNow, including basic knowledge of Performance Analytics module Technical
• Ability to dot walk within ServiceNow native reporting environment, create dashboard and share them with users. Technical
• A high-level understanding of operational processes such as ITIL and modern digital support teams Experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and appreciation for iterative, continuous improvement Delivering at Pace
