Senior Reporting Manager
Sizewell C


Location: Based in London on a hybrid basis with travel to Ipswich as required.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: c£85,000k dependant on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

Closing Date: Sunday 9th August 2026.

About the Role


As Senior Reporting Manager for the Civils Programme at Sizewell C, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality reporting that enables informed decision-making across one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure projects.

You will lead the reporting and analytics team in the development, coordination and continuous improvement of programme reporting, working collaboratively with Project Controls, Delivery, Commercial, Planning, Cost, Risk and Change teams to ensure consistent, accurate and timely performance information is available to senior leadership.

This role is central to driving reporting excellence across the Civils Programme. You will champion data quality, standardisation and automation, helping to transform complex project data into clear, insightful management information that supports programme governance, strategic planning and successful project delivery.


About You

Significant experience leading reporting teams, delivering programme reporting on large, complex infrastructure or major capital projects.
A strong understanding of Project Controls disciplines, including Planning, Cost, Risk and Change Management.
Proven experience producing executive-level reports, dashboards and performance packs for senior leadership.
Advanced knowledge of application of Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools, with experience in data visualisation and reporting automation.
Working knowledge of the importance of data management and literacy and it’s applications for Reporting.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
The ability to interpret large volumes of project data and translate them into meaningful business insights.
Experience working within integrated delivery teams and alongside multiple contractors and stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
