
The Microsoft Devices Organization has responsibility for the end-to-end physical supply chain for Microsoft’s vast array of existing and next-generation hardware including: Surface, Xbox, Accessories, Games, more. The Device Repair Operations group is responsible for delivering world-class support and repair experiences for Surface, Xbox, and Microsoft hardware customers around the globe. As a Senior Repair Network Operations Program Manager within Device Services, you will play a critical role in managing the operational and financial health of Microsoft's repair network.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, finance, supply chain, and partner management. You manage forecasting, financial governance, purchase order management, invoicing operations, and network performance reporting to ensure our partner ecosystem is effectively supporting current and future business demand.
This is a high-impact opportunity to enhance Microsoft’s repair strategy, strengthen partner relationships and deliver improvements in operational excellence.

Supply Chain Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
