
About the role
We are offering a new opportunity for a Senior Rent & Service Charge Officer to join the Customer Accounts team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex caseloads and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of effective services. You will collaborate with colleagues to prevent and reduce debt, promote value for money and act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, support and training across the team.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing high-quality services within a customer-focused environment, together with strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in social housing rent.
