In this role, you'll:


The Senior Renewables Transportation Officer plays a vital role in supporting the delivery, governance and performance oversight of renewables transport initiatives across Transport for NSW. You’ll coordinate reporting, documentation and communication activities, ensuring strong governance, accurate financial tracking, and consistent performance monitoring across programs.

You'll also help strengthen systems and processes that enhance transparency, alignment and information sharing across teams and stakeholders.

• Supporting program governance by identifying and helping manage risks, opportunities and issues, and contributing to mitigation strategies.
• Compiling accurate information for executive reports, briefings and presentations in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing consistent processes, templates and tools to improve reporting and governance across renewables initiatives.
• Monitoring program and financial governance requirements, ensuring accurate tracking of deliverables, expenditure and milestones.
• Identifying opportunities to improve information sharing, reporting capability and governance practices.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective communication and engagement.
• Coordinating meeting logistics, documentation and follow up actions to support program governance.
• Providing general end to end program support across the project lifecycle to enhance operational consistency and delivery.

About you


Experience providing program, project, or governance support in a complex infrastructure, logistics, or government environment.


• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of program and financial governance processes and reporting frameworks.
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience preparing accurate and well-structured reports, briefings, and governance materials.
