The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Renewable Energy, you'll take ownership of permanent recruitment across key areas including:

• Offshore Wind
• Onshore Wind
• Solar Energy
• Battery Storage & Grid Infrastructure
• Major CAPEX & Construction Projects
• Engineering, Design, Commissioning and Project Delivery functions

With a focus on the UK and Western European markets, you'll build strong client partnerships and become a trusted advisor to organisations investing in the future of clean energy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing a permanent recruitment desk within the renewable energy market.
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients across the UK and Europe.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring challenges and business objectives.
• Designing and delivering effective search strategies for specialist and hard-to-find talent.
• Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and consultative hiring advice.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through headhunting, networking and market mapping.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.
• Building a strong personal brand within the renewable energy sector.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within renewable energy, engineering, construction, infrastructure or a related technical market.
• A strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape and its key players, projects and growth areas.
• Proven business development success and the ability to win and grow client accounts.
• A consultative approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• A commercial mindset, resilience and a genuine passion for building successful partnerships.
