What’s the role?
This is a full-time role supporting agribusiness customers across Western Australia and is suited to someone based in WA, with flexibility on location depending on the right candidate.
You’ll be at the heart of supporting one of Australia’s most important industries, working closely with family-owned agribusinesses, producers and regional businesses across WA. You’ll build trusted relationships, understand what matters most to customers, and bring the right banking insights and solutions to help them grow with confidence.
Managing an existing portfolio while identifying new opportunities in market, you’ll combine relationship-led banking with strong commercial acumen. From customer meetings and on-farm visits to credit structuring and deal execution, you’ll work alongside internal specialists to deliver practical solutions that support customers through every stage of their business lifecycle.

• Experience in commercial or agribusiness banking, with the depth of experience tailored to a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager level
• Strong relationship building skills and confidence managing a portfolio while growing new business opportunities
• Well developed credit capability, including financial analysis, cashflow lending and deal structuring
• A customer first mindset with the ability to identify risk, think commercially and deliver practical solutions
• A strong connection to Western Australia, regional industries, or the ability to build trusted networks in market
