Do work that matters

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of highvalue clients. You will build deep, trusted relationships and support your clients across a broad range of financial needs from everyday banking through to lending, investments, and wealth protection.

This is a highly relationshipdriven role where your ability to understand complex financial needs, provide strategic insights, and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a bestinclass customer experience, aligned to CommBank’s service standards
  • Build and nurture strong relationships through proactive engagement
  • Identify opportunities to support clients with lending, investments, andbanking solutions
  • Drive portfolio growth through client acquisition and referrals including partnerships with branch networks andother internal/external channels
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends to provide relevant and timely advice
  • Take ownership of client outcomes and deliver a seamless endtoend service experience
  • Collaborate with internal specialists across wealth, insurance, and commercial banking to meet more complex needs
  • Regularly engage with your portfolio to identify opportunities, deepen relationships, and drive long-term growth

We’re interested in hearing from you if you have:

  • Proven experience in lending and banking products, with strong commercial acumen
  • A passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • The ability to thrive in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred)
  • FSRA Tier 2 accreditation (Deposit Products and General Insurance) (preferred)
