You’ll be joining Corporate & Institutional Banking, where we partner with large corporations, financial institutions, and public sector clients to deliver tailored banking solutions—supporting complex financing, risk management, and international growth in a fast-moving global marketplace. Within this, Global Network Banking (GNB) connects corporate clients with international opportunities across 50+ markets, providing consistent coverage across the network and contributing significant revenue to the bank. In the Netherlands, you’ll join a team of 15 relationship bankers in a branch of around 70 employees, with an open and diverse environment representing 20+ nationalities
In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients with international needs—building trusted relationships and connecting them to HSBC’s global capabilities and product expertise.

What you’ll do:
You’ll help internationally active clients in the Netherlands grow across borders by connecting them to HSBC’s network and specialist capabilities. You’ll also shape and expand the China Corridor proposition locally, working closely with colleagues across markets to deliver timely, high-quality client outcomes.

What you’ll get in return:
The pay range for this role is 90,000 € - 115,000 €
