
To drive the acquisition, origination, and profitable growth of the Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) portfolio by identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives. The role ensures adherence to credit quality, market competitiveness, and long-term profitability.
The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment with evolving client needs and regulatory guidelines. It requires deep understanding of real estate-backed financing, client behavior, and macroeconomic factors affecting leasing and commercial real estate.
Framework and Boundaries
Operates within the bank’s policies, risk appetite, regulatory guidelines (CBUAE norms), and standard operating procedures. Accountable for compliance with KYC/AML regulations, internal audit guidelines, and governance protocols. Coordinates with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams within defined authority limits.

Credit & Risk Team – for deal appraisal and structuring
Legal & Compliance – for documentation and regulatory adherence
Product & Strategy Teams – for product enhancements and pricing
Operations – for disbursement and portfolio monitoring
