How you’ll make an impact
As a Senior Relationship Manager, Alliances, you’ll lead and grow FCC’s most complex national alliance partnerships, working directly with senior executives to expand market reach and drive program utilization.
You’ll play a key role in shaping strategic partnerships that enhance FCC’s presence across the agriculture and agri-food landscape, while influencing internal programs and customer experience.
You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, credit, and marketing teams, as well as external industry leaders and alliance partners.

What you’ll do
Build and manage senior-level relationships with national Alliance partners, including C-suite and executive stakeholders
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow alliance program utilization and increase FCC market share
Lead the identification, negotiation and structuring of complex financing and program agreements
Evaluate market trends and identify new partnership opportunities across emerging industries and segments
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance alliance programs, customer experience and operational processes
Support credit submissions and ensure alignment with corporate risk and lending policies
Design and implement targeted marketing and engagement strategies to expand market presence
Represent FCC at industry events, conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness and relationships
Use data insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities and improve program effectiveness
What you’ll bring to the team
Required Qualifications
A degree in agriculture, business, commerce or finance, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management, business development or commercial lending
Extensive experience managing complex B2B relationships with senior executives and industry leaders
Strong consultative sales and business development expertise, including structuring financing solutions
Deep understanding of alliance programs, lending practices and market dynamics
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to develop and execute market growth and partnership strategies
Valid drivers license and ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within agriculture, agri-food or adjacent industries
Experience with third-party financing programs or syndicated/structured deals
Experience with credit and risk analysis
Established network within agribusiness, agri-food or related sectors
