Imagine building lasting relationships with some of Queensland's leading Agribusiness customers while helping regional communities grow and prosper.
As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Rockhampton, you'll manage relationships with established Agribusiness customers and work alongside a passionate team committed to supporting the future of Australian agriculture. You'll partner with businesses requiring lending facilities from $3 million to $50 million, helping deliver tailored banking solutions that support their ambitions and success.

What do I need?
• Expertise in Agribusiness and an understanding of the unique needs of regional customers
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Experience with cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis and deal structuring
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Well established referral networks and strong community connections
