What’s the role?


You’ll be right at the heart of supporting one of Australia’s most vital industries. As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Naracoorte, South Australia, you’ll work closely with established Agribusiness customers, helping them grow, adapt and plan for the future. You’ll manage a portfolio of large, complex agribusiness relationships with lending needs typically ranging from $3M to $50M, bringing insight, care and commercial judgement to every conversation.


This is a full time role where you’ll combine deep agribusiness knowledge with strong credit capability to structure lending solutions that genuinely support customer goals. You’ll spend time on farm, in business and in the community, building trusted partnerships and uncovering new opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in originating new business, expanding our footprint across the region and mentoring others within the team.


Naracoorte sits in the heart of the Limestone Coast, offering a connected regional lifestyle with strong community ties, access to quality education and health services, and the chance to enjoy everything from local sporting clubs to outdoor recreation. You’ll also be connected to Adelaide Tarndanya, Kaurna Country.

What do I need?


• Deep experience across Agribusiness banking and rural industries

• Strong credit capability including cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis and deal structuring

• Proven success in building and maintaining long term customer relationships

• A track record of sourcing and converting new business opportunities

• An established network of referral partners and industry connections
