What’s the role?

As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Coffs Harbour, NSW, you’ll lead relationships with large commercial clients. You’ll work with businesses requiring lending solutions from $3M to $50M, helping them grow and thrive. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, backed by a dedicated Commercial Banking team.

What do I need?

  • Commercial Acumen: Experience supporting large commercial clients with complex lending needs.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Credit Skills: Strong in cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and deal structuring.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios.
  • Network Strength: A well-established network of industry and referral partners.
