We have been retained by a global private bank to recruit a Sr. Relationship Manager Southern Cone, covering Argentina and Chile.
The role can be based in either Miami or NYC.
Requirements:
The selected person should have approximately 7-10 years + experience in a similar position, currently employed as a Relationship Manager, Private Banker or Wealth/Financial Advisor.
The role will have a scope of responsibilities listed below and will report into the executive management of the company.
Well experienced senior business development professional/Hunter with a solid financial background in International Wealth Management and Private Banking
Will have a strong book of client business within the HNW/UHNW community, primarily in Argentina and Chile
Well-connected in the marketplace from a client perspective and active in community events, meetings and other social functions locally to maximize potential face-time with perspective clients
Very social, high energy and self-motivated
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and the perspective client
Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
Self-motivated and organized
Responsible for ensuring the retention of the clients they bring on, as well as some client management as needed.
