Our Corporate Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from medium sized businesses to publicly listed companies, covering domestic companies and multi-national enterprises.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, syndicated loans, sustainable finance, cross-border financing business, treasury services, e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

If you join our Corporate Banking business, you will have the opportunity to develop into an all-round corporate banker and get exposure to various corporate banking businesses such as corporate credit, trade finance, cash management. You will also have the opportunity to take part in delivering the best financial services to our corporate customers and in helping build a close relationship with them.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Associate.

Job Duties:

• Achieve business & Stretch (if any) targets for profitability and growth, including loan growth and deposit taking and cross-selling of other products
• Monitor the quality of loan book and ensure a good balance on risk/return is maintained
• Establish and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective customers
• Motivate and develop subordinates & juniors
• Evaluate credit proposals to ensure that all facilities are properly structured with necessary covenants / conditions in place, and are consistent with Bank’s lending policies and risk appetite
• Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank

Job Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in corporate lending, trade finance and credit analysis is preferred
• Strong sales and customer service orientation with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
