Job Description

On behalf of an international bank in Dublin that's growing its Irish operation, Allied Talent are looking to hire a Senior Regulatory Manager.

The successful candidate would be the business's main source of prudential capital expertise. That means overseeing prudential and statistical reporting and giving the business clear, practical advice on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prudential capital expertise that supports the firm's strategic objectives
• Monitor and forecast capital, on both an expected and a stressed basis
• Lead the design and delivery of the ICAAP and Recovery Plan
• Scan the regulatory horizon so new obligations are spotted and implemented early
• Act as the point person with the Central Bank of Ireland, managing queries and information requests
• Oversee the preparation and submission of COREP and statistical returns
• Monitor control frameworks and drive improvements

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years' experience in prudential capital within banking or the CBI
• In-depth knowledge of the prudential rules that apply to Irish credit institutions
• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and regulators
• A track record of leading change, process improvement or policy updates
• Able to deliver to tight reporting deadlines

This is a high-impact, visible role in a high-growth business, where you'll have real influence on capital strategy and regulatory engagement. This is a high-growth Dublin operation, with strong exposure to UK counterparts.
