Position: SRN and RN ICU

Location: Tripoli, Libya
As Senior Registered Nurses and Registered
Nurses to join our dynamic team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a leading
healthcare organization, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our
patients and fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our
employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment,
monitoring, and treatment of critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and
implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and
treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist in emergency procedures and provide support during
codes
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and
healthcare team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ICU nursing for Registered
Nurse position, 5 years for Senior Registered Nurse position
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care
procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and
holidays
