Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Join UCLA Health Faculty Practice Group as a Senior Regional Site Supervisor supporting multiple administrative sites and operational teams across a dynamic healthcare environment. This role oversees day-to-day administrative operations, facilities coordination, financial processes, vendor management, and space planning while supporting organizational goals and leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative operations across multiple UCLA Health leased sites and office locations.
  • Coordinate facilities, space planning, security access, IT support, and environmental safety needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, invoices, and purchasing processes.
  • Support budget tracking, financial reporting, and operational analysis.
  • Lead and support special projects, office initiatives, wellness activities, and site improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership, internal departments, and external partners to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise administrative staff and support team development and performance management.
Salary Range: $70,900 - $145,200/Annually


Job Qualifications

All items are required:
  • Three years or more of property management experience
  • Broad knowledge of the organization's processes, protocols and procedures with a focus on budget, account and fund management and / or personnel management under labor contract(s) and personnel policy.
  • Broad knowledge of Leasing and space management protocols.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence / persuade all levels of staff.
  • Broad knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques; human resources and risk management planning; and / or accounting and payroll.
  • Skills in organization and customer service to effectively manage multiple important priorities. Proven ability to organize department work functions in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Broad knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to speak with individuals of varying backgrounds to obtain and convey specific and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated skill in working on detailed assignments
  • Skill in handling work assignments independently or with minimal supervision
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional, helpful, and courteous relationships with patients, physicians, faculty, staff and other individuals from hospital and campus.
  • Proven skills to quickly evaluate complex issues and identify multiple options for resolution. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop reports
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and working productively under pressure of frequent interruptions/distractions and high-volume workload in order to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated management and conflict resolution skills to effectively lead and motivate others.
Preferred:
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
