JOB MAIN PURPOSE:
The Regional Field-force Manager has the responsibility:to directly supervise, build, coach and lead a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned Regional Field-force Manager (RFFM) territoryàfocusing on medical representative ’s core competencies’ development
The Field Force Manager will also propose strategic plan for allocating and improving territories’ performance based on scientific point of view, pharmacy channel’s understanding
To drive the team to execute Customer Engagement Excellence – focusing on executing in-clinic promotion leveraging Patient Focused Interactions (PFI) and implement off-clinic promotional activities and thereby improve Customer relationship
Ensure that all Bayer Compliance requirements are fully understood, adhered to, monitored and respected within the team
