
Job objective
Senior refrigeration engineer will use his advanced engineering knowledge for repairing and maintaining of refrigeration equipment. His/her scope will utilize the application of specialized engineering knowledge in the maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
He / She will be responsible for rotating across our centers in the Delta area as a core part of the role to ensure consistent implementation of organizational development initiatives.
Environment
Internal: Plasma Collection, PLC, Lab, Procurement, and other corporate departments
External: Freezer maintenance vendors, spare-part suppliers
Key responsibility
Managing of refrigeration technicians' team and insuring their adherence to GEPD SOPs, manufacturer documentations and equipment manuals.
Managing spare parts, consumables and tooling inventory.
Performing periodic inspection of freezers, cold rooms and anterooms to determine maintenance requirements regarding materials and consumables to ensure proper working conditions and general operating efficiency of chambers
Having detailed knowledge of compressors, condensers and other components of refrigeration systems present at GEPD facilities.
Requisitions necessary spare parts and supplies needed for the proper maintenance and operation of the refrigeration equipment.
Instructs operating personnel in work to be performed and precautions required in the operation of the equipment and proper methods of reading gauge and pressure records; Performs related work as required.
Handling all necessary documentations
Ability for organizing maintenance work while coordinating with DC management and PLC to avoid any conflict with operation
Academic experience required
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Professional experience required
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of walk-in freezers and cold stores maintenance.

The new manufacturing facility will include a plasma warehouse and a testing laboratory. It will occupy 105,000 square meters strategically located in the administrative capital’s medical city, adjoining various healthcare institutions.
