Job Description


We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in bulk / high-volume hiring, particularly for customer-facing roles, to be based onsite in the UAE.


This position requires a hands-on recruitment professional who is actively involved in the full hiring cycle — from sourcing to onboarding — rather than relying solely on third-party agencies.


The role will also involve regional hiring exposure, with a focus on talent markets across Southeast Asia and Africa.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and deliver end-to-end bulk hiring projects

  • Recruit for customer-facing and operational roles

  • Take a hands-on approach in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

  • Build talent pipelines across Southeast Asia and African markets

  • Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and partners

  • Ensure hiring targets are met within timelines


Requirements


To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • roven experience in bulk / mass hiring environments

  • Strong background recruiting for customer-facing or operational roles

  • Demonstrated hands-on recruitment approach (not purely managerial or vendor-reliant)

  • Experience working with and managing third-party recruitment vendors and agencies

  • Exposure to hiring across Southeast Asia and/or Africa is highly preferred

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities
