Shape the Future: Our First Recruitment Consultant for the Nuclear Permanent Desk

As a Recruitment Consultant focussing on the Permanent Nuclear markets, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.

We are looking for a driven and competitive person to join our diverse and successful Energy team for our first hire into a Nuclear Permanent desk. This is an exciting time to join this team!

With two opportunities in this team, you will be focused on either a Design desk recruiting for mechanical, electrical and project engineers. Or for Project Controls where you will typically recruit planners, estimators and commercial positions,

You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Ideally, candidates with nuclear experience to meet the specialized demands of the sector.
• Engineering backgrounds with transferable skills—experience in aerospace or defence is particularly relevant due to similar technical requirements and the importance of security clearance.
