This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities • Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach • Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping • Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
Requirements
• Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening • Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques • Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
