Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: Gurugram (On-site) Experience: 5–10 years About the Role We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team and lead strategic and senior-level recruitment mandates across the Infrastructure, Facility Management, Real Estate, EPC and Industrial sectors. The role will involve end-to-end ownership of critical mandates,identifying high-quality talent, developing industry talent networks, and ensuring successful closure of positions. Key Responsibilities Independently manage strategic and senior-level recruitment mandates from mandate understanding to closure. Handle mandates across IFM, IPC, EPC, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Warehousing & Industrial sectors. Understand client businesses, organizational structures, industry dynamics and talent requirements to deliver relevant talent. Source and map candidates through LinkedIn, databases, industry networks, referrals and market intelligence . Build and maintain a strong industry-specific talent network , particularly across leadership and mid-senior management levels. Conduct detailed candidate screening, competency assessment and suitability evaluation against the mandate. Prepare high-quality candidate profile summaries, assessment notes and client submissions . Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle — mandate briefing, sourcing, screening, client coordination, interviews, negotiations, offer management and joining . Manage multiple strategic mandates simultaneously while maintaining strong turnaround time and quality. Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche and difficult-to-close positions. Develop a deep understanding of key organizations, competitors, talent pools and leadership movements within the target sectors. Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process. Support client relationship management and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded mandates . Mentor junior recruitment resources and guide them on sourcing, screening and sector-specific recruitment practices.
