Reed Early Years is a specialist division within Reed Education, supporting nurseries, pre-schools, early years settings, and childcare providers across England and Wales. With more than 25 years’ experience in education recruitment and a nationwide office network, we are trusted to deliver high-quality, compliant staffing solutions in one of the most vital and regulated sectors in education.
Our Reed Early Years team focuses on permanent, temporary, and supply recruitment of early years professionals including qualified and unqualified Early Years practitioners, Room Leaders, Nursery Managers, SEND support, and support staff. Our service is built on an ethical, child-centred approach with safeguarding, compliance, and quality at its core.

Our industry‑leading CPD and training programmes ensure temporary staff are not only fully compliant, but exceptionally well equipped to support child development and learning. Your knowledge of early years settings, staffing challenges, and EYFS requirements will be key to building trusted partnerships with nurseries and early childhood education professionals.
