The Role
As a Senior Technology Recruiter, you will manage a full 360‑degree desk and operate as a trusted partner to clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
🔹 Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the NSW market.
🔹 Lead your own business development initiatives, with our loyal client base and new clients.
🔹 Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of Tech specialisation.
🔹 Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
🔹 Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
🔹 Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities. responsibilities include:
About You
We’re looking for:
✔ 360-Degree Recruitment Experience (3+ years) – with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Tech recruitment is a plus or
✔ Tech/B2B/Consultative Sales Experience (3+ years) – looking to leverage your sales acumen in a people-focused, financially rewarding career surrounded by likeminded individuals.
