Senior Recruitment Consultant | Hot Desk + Uncapped Commission

Gold Coast (Robina) | Hybrid | Established Market + Strong Candidate Flow

This is not a build-from-scratch role.

You’ll step into a hot desk with existing client relationships and strong candidate flow, giving you immediate opportunity to bill all while still having the autonomy to grow and expand your market. If you’re an experienced recruiter who thrives on results, relationships, and ownership, this role gives you the platform to perform.

About the Role

Joining our high-performing Gold Coast team, you’ll run a 360 recruitment desk within our Youth division, partnering with organisations across the social services sector.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing an established client base
  • Driving new business opportunities
  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment outcomes
  • Building long-term client and candidate relationships

This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role suited to someone who enjoys momentum, accountability, and being rewarded for performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development

  • Identify and win new client opportunities
  • Conduct outbound BD, meetings, and networking
  • Grow your market and expand existing relationships

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Source, engage and place high-quality candidates
  • Maintain strong pipelines across your desk

Client & Candidate Management

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • Represent Tradewind in the market

Permanent recruitment across Victoria including Regional such as Primary and Secondary Teachers, Education Support, Laboratory Technicians, OSH Staff, Daily Organisers, Principals

Community Services Sector

Community – Case managers, Youth workers, Support Workers, Community Engagement officers, Rosterers, Personal care workers, NDIS Coordinators, Counsellors, COVID rollout – HRAR Program staff, COVID testing & vaccination nurses and admin

Allied health – Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Nurses

Corporate Services – Leadership, Management and Executive roles including CEO & CFO, Finance, Accountants, Accounts Payable/Receivable, IT, HR, Marketing, Lawyers
