The Mission:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will own the full 360-degree recruitment cycle. Your primary mission? To aggressively hunt and secure new client partnerships with leading local and international firms. You will then use your expertise to become their trusted advisor, delivering top-tier talent across the Technology sector and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Hunt & Conquer: Proactively identify, approach, and win new business opportunities through direct outreach, strategic networking, and your own creative lead-generation ideas.
• Build Your Empire: Manage the entire client lifecycle, from the first handshake to becoming their go-to recruitment partner. You'll own the relationship and the P&L for your portfolio.
• Consult at the Highest Level: Engage in strategic conversations with C-level and senior decision-makers, understanding their business needs to provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Become a Market Expert: Leverage our global platform to provide insights on the Thai market, becoming a thought leader in your specialized field.
• Full 360° Cycle: From taking the brief to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and placing candidates you'll manage it all with the support of a dedicated team.

You Are The Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 5-7 years of proven success in a recruitment agency environment, with a track record you are proud of.
• A "Hunter" Mentality You have undeniable proof of your ability to open new doors and bring in new clients. You get a thrill from closing a business deal.
• C-Level Gravitas The confidence and communication skills to build rapport and negotiate with senior executives and decision-makers.
• A Love for the Spotlight You genuinely love attending (and even organizing) networking events, industry conferences, and turning a room full of strangers into a pipeline of clients.
• Creativity & Initiative You're always thinking of new, innovative ways to attract clients and candidates and you have the drive to make those ideas happen.
• Fluent in Thai (native) and English
