Our group specialises in connecting high-calibre risk and compliance professionals with leading organisations across Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and Fintech - ranging from global brands to emerging SMEs.

Your purpose

As a Consultant, you’ll actively shape careers and create genuine impact for professionals and organisations. In partnership with your team, you will guide clients and candidates through the hiring process end-to-end, operating as a trusted advisor. You will contribute by:

• Building and maintaining strong business relationships

• Developing an active and passive talent pipeline

• Analysing market trends and sharing insights with customers

• Acquiring candidates via networking, social media, referrals and key platforms

• Conducting pre-screening, technical and cultural assessments, and reference checks

• Managing all stages of the recruitment lifecycle

• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
