Role Purpose

Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant who will provide exceptional service to their clients and candidates. The main purpose of the role is to develop relationships with existing and new clients, generate revenue, and fulfill existing roles We are offering a great salary and commission scheme as well as other benefits for top performers. What would you do

  • Focus on clients and candidates in building and developing long-term relationships
  • Cover account management, delivery, or both, depending on the market
  • Winning new client accounts
  • Generating and sharing leads to widen business scope/opportunities
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
  • All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviews, and managing the process
  • Work with your manager to put together a business development plan that you can execute

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in a 360 role
  • Proven billing record and the ability to win new business
  • Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
  • Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented
  • Independent person with good organization skills
