Are you ready to play a pivotal role in building the specialist Technology teams that help ASOS operate more effectively, enable our employees to be more productive, and lay the foundations for future success? We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead a technically focused portfolio across Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture hiring — roles that will strengthen the platforms, systems and capabilities that power ASOS from the inside out.
You’ll join a high‑performing, close‑knit Talent Acquisition team that thrives on pace, quality, and true partnership. As a senior member of the team, you’ll set the bar for delivery, balancing speed with judgement, and consistently hiring exceptional, diverse talent into some of our most critical roles.
This is a role for someone who manages complexity with confidence, and takes pride in executing at a gold‑standard hiring level.
Why This Role?
Lead with Impact: You’ll lead high-priority Technology hires end-to-end, from intake and search strategy through to offer, partnering closely with senior Technology leaders on role design, assessment approach and decision-making. The portfolio will focus on specialist and business-critical roles across Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture, giving you the opportunity to shape some of ASOS’s most important technical capabilities.
Set the Standard: Quality and pace aren’t trade‑offs here—we aim for both through clear process, inclusive practice and smart prioritisation. You’ll model what great looks like: structured assessments, consistent candidate communication, and stakeholder partnership that helps teams make timely, evidence‑based decisions, even across multiple roles and competing priorities.
Influence and Improve: Our hiring approach is strong, and we’re committed to continuously improving it. You’ll use data, market insight and candidate feedback to refine how we brief roles, assess skills and close candidates—helping us widen access to opportunity and strengthen the experience for hiring managers and applicants. You’ll also influence stakeholders on best practice and help embed inclusive, repeatable ways of working across the function.
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
