Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As a Senior Recruiter EMEA, you will lead the attraction and acquisition strategies for all the Corporate functions. You’re a natural relationship builder and mentor, partnering with our people leaders to identify business needs and match them with phenomenal humans. You are a spokesperson and facilitator for our organization and strive to continuously evolve processes that contribute to an excellent candidate and employee experience.

This role is based in France. Candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.

Meet Your Future Team:

Reporting to the Senior Director, P&C EMEA you will work with collaborative team of energetic global recruiters who are focused on attracting and selecting the very best candidates for our corporate, and retail teams, while ensuring an incredible candidate experience every step of the way.

The TA team is supported by the Candidate Experience and Employer Brand Manager for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Lever), reporting, advertising, and online/offline recruiting strategies.

If you were the Senior Recruiter EMEA now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    • Leading strategic sourcing and pipeline activities in partnership with senior leaders for your designated business units
    • Partnering with our Candidate Experience and Employer Brand Manager to develop unique, data driven recruitment strategies
    • Representing your area of the business in creating employer branding initiatives
    • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment for your business area in line with Arc’teryx’s overall talent strategy
    • Collaborating with hiring managers throughout candidate selection to ensure clear and unbiased decision making during the interview process
    • Advocating for transparency and unbiased feedback for our candidates throughout the interview process from hiring panel members in support of an equitable selection process
    • Coordinating with the different People and Culture teams to ensure new employees are hired and onboarded seamlessly
    • Helping to identify roadblocks in our processes, while seeking ways to improve workflows to maximize efficiencies and our time to hire
    • Supporting the People and Culture team with cross functional projects and hiring commitments as required

Are you our next Senior Recruiter EMEA ?

  • You have 7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience within EMEA
  • You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable work ethic, and an evident desire and ability to build strong relationships with a customer-service focused mentality
  • You are not afraid to fail and use every opportunity to learn and share
  • You are a firm supporter of diversity in the workplace, and you lead by example
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills
  • You have the ability to sensitively deal with confidential information
  • You are a team player, able to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
